01 · The Brief
A local business needed to look legit and convert
702 Turf Cleaning is a Las Vegas-based service that removes pet odor and restores artificial turf. The owner had a growing reputation through word-of-mouth but no web presence. The goal was a site that would rank locally, build trust fast, and make it dead simple to request a quote.
Key requirements: mobile-first (most traffic comes from phones), clear pricing so visitors self-qualify, and a quote form that captures the right details without feeling like a chore.
02 · Approach
Trust-first design with a conversion spine
Visual Identity
Dark theme with lime-green accents that match the existing logo. The neon aesthetic reinforces the Vegas connection while standing out from generic service sites.
Pricing Transparency
Two clear tiers: Tidy Up ($0.50/sq ft) for standard maintenance, Big Kahuna ($1.00/sq ft) with deodorizer for pet yards. Visitors know what to expect before they call.
Quote Form
Smart form fields: turf size (sq ft), pet odor level dropdown, preferred window. Captures enough info for accurate quotes without overwhelming mobile users.
FAQ as Trust Builder
Answers the real questions: Is it safe for pets? How long to dry? What's the difference between tiers? Reduces friction and pre-handles objections.

04 · Results
From word-of-mouth to web presence
The site launched with same-day indexing and started ranking for local turf cleaning queries within weeks. The quote form captures leads with enough detail that the owner can provide accurate estimates on the first callback.
Mobile performance is fast (sub-2-second load times), and the dark theme with lime accents gets consistent compliments from customers who mention it builds trust before they even call.
05 · Honesty Notes
What this project actually is
This is a marketing site for a real local business, not a SaaS product. The design challenge was about trust and conversion, not complex workflows or data systems.
I designed and built the full site, including the logo integration and form logic. The owner handles all service delivery. It's a good example of high-impact design work for small business clients who need to compete with established players.
